helpful recommendation onsite hammam nice service
the staff offered helpful recommendations for local restaurants and activities this contributed to a wonderful experience. the riad also has a hammam onsite a lovely highlight. the team is extraordinary i appreciate their special and nice service.
the room windows lacked curtains there was only frosted glass for privacy.

bright lighting missing hangers
the location was acceptable. it was easy to get to the main square.
The room's lighting bothered me. It was too bright at night. the reception lights stayed on, and they streamed through our window, i struggled to sleep. also, storage was a problem as our beautiful room lacked hangers.

insufficient storage single towel hook
the location was acceptable, making it relatively easy to access key attractions.
the lack of adequate storage in the beautiful room was quite inconvenient. there was no proper rail and hangers for clothes in the wardrobe, so i ended up draping clothes over the furniture. the single towel hook in the bathroom was insufficient for both robes and damp towels, and this caused them to not dry correctly.

Very nice Stay in the Heart of it ALL!!!
easy access excellent service quality coffee
I arrived late, but finding the place was EASY. The team provided excellent service and was always available. Breakfast each morning was AMAZING!!! The coffee was top quality too. It was a nice stay.
The minibar only had a few water bottles and drinks. More variety would have been nice.

Really good Riad Experience
private spaces furnished bedroom excellent food
Massimo and Giorgina greeted us warmly and gave us helpful information for exploring. The riad's layout is good, with many private spaces. Our bedroom was beautifully furnished and provided everything we wanted. The food was excellent. I found it a wonderful introduction to the local culture.
The minibar setup cannot be unplugged, which could pose an issue for some guests.

The riad is situated just off a main passageway into the medina. It is very peaceful and quiet, despite its proximity to the heart of things. The easy access made exploring the area convenient.
